Click download for the price to increase

Amazing how I can attempt to purchase and then as soon as I click download it comes up with an error. I restart and go to purchase again and wow, $3 increase in that 30 seconds during the error on the app store! I haven’t even streamed anything on this yet although it’s not starting off well with that - especially compared to the free app for the iPad.
